What's in it, and how much
One capsule, three ingredients, no filler: 300 mg nicotinamide riboside, 150 mg trans-resveratrol and 55 µg selenium (100% NRV). Everything, with its exact amount, in the table below.
Where it comes from
Our trans-resveratrol is Veri-te®, from microbial fermentation — not just any root extract. We know the name and origin of every active ingredient, and we tell you.
Who has checked it
Every bottle will carry a QR code with the certificate of analysis for your batch — yours, not the supplier's generic one. The first batch is analysed in late September 2026: as soon as it exists, we publish it here.
What we don't know
And here's what we don't know: in the NICE trial (2024), at doses far higher than ours and in patients, not healthy adults, adding trans-resveratrol to nicotinamide riboside did not improve outcomes versus nicotinamide riboside alone. That's why we don't promise any synergy between the two — we'd rather tell you than have you find out.

How many capsules are in a bottle?+
120 capsules. The dose is 1 capsule a day, so one bottle lasts 4 months.
How long does shipping take?+
We prepare your order within 1-3 business days and the carrier delivers it in another 2-5 business days within mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. The maximum committed delivery time in our terms and conditions is 15 business days.
Is it a medicine?+
No. It is a food supplement and should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Can I return it?+
Yes, in two ways. By law you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase, as long as the seal is intact (for hygiene and food-safety reasons, opening it forfeits this legal right). On top of that, we add our own satisfaction guarantee: 60 days from delivery, with the bottle opened and started, with no need to send it back — once per customer, on your first purchase.
