Purchase process

1) Add the product to your cart. 2) Press “Checkout”: payment is processed on Stripe's secure page (card, Bizum, Apple Pay or Google Pay), where you provide your shipping address. 3) You will receive a confirmation email with your order number. The contract is concluded in Spanish or English and the confirmation is archived with your order.

Prices and taxes

The product price is $39.84 / 34.9 € (taxes included). Shipping to Spain: 5 €, free from 60 €; international rates are shown at checkout. The full total, taxes and shipping included, is always displayed before you pay.

Delivery

We prepare your order within 15 business days. You'll get a tracking email when it ships and can check the status anytime from “My account”. We ship to the countries listed at checkout.

Out-of-stock reservations (backorders)

When the product is out of stock you can reserve it. At the time of reservation NO charge is made: your payment method is stored securely and tokenized by Stripe, our payment provider (we never see or store your card number). By confirming the reservation you expressly authorize us to charge the exact amount shown and accepted (frozen price, taxes and shipping included) only when the product is back in stock and your order is ready to ship; this express agreement covers delivery periods longer than 30 days (arts. 66 quater and 109, Spanish Consumer Act). You can cancel the reservation free of charge at any time before being charged from “My account” or by writing to us: cancellation deletes your payment method reference. After delivery, your 14-day right of withdrawal applies as with any purchase.

Withdrawal and returns

You have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase. Important: for health and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal is lost once the product's seal has been opened (art. 103.e, Spanish Consumer Act). See the Returns page for the full procedure and form.

Warranty and complaints

If the product arrives damaged or defective we will replace or refund it at no cost — the statutory conformity warranty applies. For any complaint, email hola@mycleveraging.com or use the support chat in “My account”.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish consumer law (RDL 1/2007) and other applicable regulations.
