Returns and right of withdrawal

Your legal right: 14 days

You may withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a third party you designate) receive the order.

Important exception: the seal

For health protection and hygiene reasons (art. 103.e, Spanish Consumer Act), the right of withdrawal CANNOT be exercised if the supplement's sealed packaging has been opened after delivery. Only products with the seal intact can be returned.

How to exercise it

1) Tell us within the period: via the support chat in “My account”, or by email to hola@mycleveraging.com (you may use the form below). 2) We'll confirm your request and the return address by email. 3) Ship the sealed product within 14 days of your notice; return shipping costs are borne by you. 4) We'll refund all payments, including the initial standard shipping, within 14 days of receiving the product (or proof of shipment), using the same payment method.

Our guarantee: 60 days

The 14 days above are your legal right and require the seal to be intact. We add something more, because a supplement has to be taken to find out if it works for you: for 60 days from delivery, if you're not convinced, we'll refund your money. An opened bottle isn't a problem and you don't need to send it back — an opened food supplement can't be resold, so asking for it back would only be extra work for you. Damaged or defective product

If the product arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, the above doesn't apply: we'll replace or refund at no cost to you (statutory conformity warranty). Let us know via chat or email and we'll sort it immediately.
